Greta Mendez MBE is a veteran dancer and choreographer equipped with decades of experience, geared towards fully unearthing the true expression of each performer.
"It's about stripping away the daily restriction of life and liberating the unique self."
'The Narrative Within Your Movement' is aimed at performers {18+] who are committed to taking on the challenges of delving into themselves to find their unique voice.
Music and movement will be used to trigger the possibilities and potential within you/us.
Performance-Art Artist, Movement and Theatre Director, Greta Mendez has worked in many countries such as; Greece, China, UK, LA and India.
Mendez, Choreographic & Movement Director work includes work by, W. Soyinka etc, etc, etc.etc......Ntozake Shange.
She has created works for, The National Theatre, Albany Empire, Bristol Old Vic, Tricycle -Kiln- Theatre and Somerset House.
